Delete your Wallmax account

You can delete your Wallmax account at any time. Wallmax is made by Muse Mesh Private Limited. Browsing wallpapers never needs an account; you only have one if you signed in with Google or Apple to save wallpapers.

In the app

1. Open Wallmax and go to the Settings tab.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

On the web

Go to wallmax.app/settings, sign in with the same Google or Apple account, then choose Delete account under Account.

By email

If you can't sign in any more, write to kushal@muse-mesh.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: your name, email address and profile photo from Google or Apple, and the sign-in record.
• Your saved wallpapers (your library).

Deleting from the app or the web is immediate. Reports you sent about a wallpaper (your message and which wallpaper) are kept so we can act on them; write to us and we'll delete those too. Settings kept only on your phone or in your browser (theme, a wallhaven API key) go when you uninstall the app or clear the site's data. Wallpapers you saved to your phone's gallery stay there.
